Semi-Pro Kitchen is a collaborative platform dedicated to helping folks to feed themselves, their family and friends, really fantastic food. We want to bring you new recipes, skills, and new ways of thinking about food – and we want to help you develop the confidence that comes with having a community supporting your growth. We're all family here in the Kitchen!

Darcey Chambers, a Boston native who has made Atlanta her home, is the heart and soul of the Semi-Pro Kitchen team. A classically trained baker and chef, Darcey is the one behind the mouth-watering food coming out of the Kitchen. She enjoys a wide variety of cuisines, tending to spend a good deal of her time with Asian-inspired recipes.
